DOA POLICY – Full DOA applies to all orders inclusive of all shipping delays for refund or replacement of stock/items damaged/lost including shipping costs, video or photos within 1hr of goods/shrimps arrival are required, or as per sellers request. DOA / REFUND / REPLACEMENT Does not apply to damaged or lost goods/shrimp left unattended or delivered to safe drop site by Australia post courier.
